If you are exploring this work, you may be wondering what makes the Consciously Healing (CHO) Method different from the thousands of coaches and licensed professionals offering support today. One of the most important foundations of this approach is learning to become the conscious observer of yourself. By developing higher awareness, you learn to step back from unconscious patterns and view your thoughts, emotions, and reactions from a calm, neutral, and unbiased perspective. This ability to observe rather than react is central to making the unconscious conscious and is a critical doorway to lasting healing. The CHO Method is designed to help you uncover and transform the unconscious emotional, psychological, and somatic structures that drive symptoms beneath the surface. Rather than managing distress, we guide you in bringing these hidden patterns into awareness and reshaping them through neuroplasticity, often leading to lasting relief and meaningful transformation. Many healing approaches overlook one of the most misunderstood aspects of trauma: the self-identifying beliefs formed in response to painful experiences, especially when they occur early in life or during vulnerable periods in adulthood. These beliefs become embedded in the ego and stored in the body, silently shaping thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Until they are consciously recognized, gently reprogrammed, and energetically released, they continue to generate psychological and emotional suffering. In this work, you remain the captain of your journey. We guide and support you, but your healing unfolds at your pace, not ours. Healing is not always linear, and not every challenge requires intensive deep-trauma recovery. These One-on-One Support Sessions use the CHO Method to provide focused emotional and psychological support for individuals experiencing ongoing stress, emotional blocks, or periods of mental and emotional overwhelm. They are best suited for those seeking flexible, compassionate guidance rather than a highly structured, long-term program. If you feel mentally stuck, emotionally drained, disconnected from yourself, or in need of steady support during a difficult season, these sessions offer present-focused care to help restore clarity, stability, and inner balance. They are designed to meet you where you are, without requiring a long-term commitment.
Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any one-on-one session in order to receive a refund or credit. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full. If, after completing the Eight-Week Consciously Healing Program, you feel that the healing, insight, and personal growth you experienced did not meet your expectations, you may request a refund of 50% of the total program cost. We are confident in the depth and value of this work, based on our history of supporting clients in meaningful emotional and psychological healing. At the same time, we recognize that each person’s journey is unique, and healing unfolds differently for everyone. If you do not feel the program was a worthwhile investment for you, we will honor a 50% refund of the total cost.
