We are truly glad you are here. The Consciously Healing (CHO) Method is unlike any other approach to trauma and emotional healing, guiding you to become the conscious observer of yourself. By bringing unconscious emotional, psychological, and somatic patterns into awareness, this method rewires old habits and beliefs through neuroplasticity, often eliminating symptoms.

Each session is two hours long and includes structured homework and crisis support to help you apply the CHO Method quickly and effectively. Support between sessions is available at no additional cost if you are in crisis or navigating personal challenges.

During the session:

  • We move beyond surface-level symptoms to uncover hidden signals—recurring emotional loops, physical tensions, and unconscious patterns trying to get your attention.

  • A Personalized Assessment helps you gain clarity on your unique internal landscape, understanding how your survival patterns may influence your thoughts, emotions, and relationships.

  • You’ll explore how the CHO Method applies to your specific journey, whether the lighter guidance of 1:1 support or the deeper, structured transformation of the 8-Week, 12-Step Healing Program is right for you.

I began writing this book at a time when my symptoms were severe, relentless, and untouched by every professional approach I sought. What was labeled as mental illness never healed—because it wasn’t illness at all. It was unhealed trauma. With no relief in sight, I had to figure it out myself.

I never intended to publish it. Three years ago, I quietly self-published, giving myself time to fully test the process and heal enough to guide others. In 2025, I entered a testing phase to ensure it truly worked.

The Twelve Golden Keys are designed to make the unconscious conscious, locate root causes, and heal trauma by living in the present moment—through direct somatic awareness, attention to emotions, and conscious observation of self. Trauma is healable, and anything brought into consciousness can be transformed.

This work cultivates the skills and awareness necessary to heal deeply:

  • Somatic Awareness – tuning into bodily sensations to locate trapped emotions and unconscious beliefs

  • Interoception – sensing internal states and subtle signals from the body and mind

  • Mindful Presence / Present-Moment Awareness – observing each moment fully without judgment

  • Conscious Observation / Meta-Cognition – stepping back as the observer of thoughts, patterns, and reactions

  • Trauma Literacy / Root-Cause Insight – understanding how unhealed trauma manifests and tracing it to its unconscious origin

  • Intuition / Inner Guidance – trusting subtle inner cues to navigate emotional and psychological processes

  • Pattern Recognition – identifying recurring loops in thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that require healing

  • Self-Compassion / Radical Acceptance – holding difficult feelings without resistance while exploring them

Please note: The 12-step process in this book can be very challenging to understand and apply on your own. Working with a trained Consciously Healing peer coach can provide guidance and support, helping you learn to apply the process safely and effectively.
