Refund Policy

Steven Thistle / Consciously Healing (CHO) Method

1. One-on-One Appointments

• Clients may cancel or reschedule individual sessions up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.

2. Eight-Week, 12-Step CHO Program

• Payments for the eight-week program are non-refundable until the program is completed.

• If a client completes the full program and does not experience healing to the extent expected, a 50% refund of the total program cost may be requested.

• Refund requests must be made within 14 days of program completion and are subject to review by Steven Thistle.

​3. Other Products or Services

• Refund policies for books, courses, workshops, or digital materials are stated at the time of purchase.

4. How to Request a Refund

• Refund requests must be submitted via email to [your email].

• Include your name, date of service, and reason for request.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

5. General Notes

• Refunds are offered at the discretion outlined above and are intended to reflect fairness while recognizing the experiential nature of the CHO Method.

• This policy applies to all clients, bookings, and purchases associated with the CHO Method.
